“People who are super sure of themselves but objectively wrong — they make me laugh. It’s genuinely funny to me, meeting a person who will repeatedly insist that they are reciting facts despite throwing out some ridiculous theory about rats taking over the government or something. Maybe I’m cruel, or pretentious. I think it’s funny because everyone is like that sometimes. You know those moments when the answer is clearly two, and you go up in front of the class and realize the answer is actually George Washington? It’s entertaining, isn’t it? Seeing someone else do it makes you realize how dumb you can look when you don’t think properly.”
